How Dive Boat Operators use the system
Step 1 Enter information about your boat(s), including maximum number of divers and non-divers accomodated, photos, etc.

Step 2 Enter information about your destination(s), including description, expected depths, certification prerequisites, etc.

Step 3 Enter information about any equipment you have available for rent, including price, sizes, colors, etc

Step 4 Enter information about your trips, including date, departure and return times, price, certification prerequisites, etc.

There is also a mechanism for automatically duplicating a "standard trip" over and over to create an entire trip schedule, so you don't have quite as much work to do setting these up over an extended period of time.

You can reserve any quantity of seats for any number of pre-selected booking agents so they cannot be booked directly by divers.

Step 5 Sit back and watch the reservations flow in! Of course there is a little more to it... There are screens to let you authorize your employees to have access to various parts of the system, and there are screens to let you modify, cancel, and manually enter reservations right from your office or dive shop.

Step 6 Manage your daily activities with daily reports. This is an example of a Manifest, showing first all of the passengers and pertinent information about them, followed by a list of all the equipment, sorted by type, so that the boat crew can ensure everything is ready for the trip.
